\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking a Customer Success Officer who will be the bridge between our services and our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to provide strategic support to help clients succeed across all TradeEthiopia platforms and services.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and managing client relationships.
\nSupport customers across all services, including Tesbinn training programs, Ethio-International Expo, Enisra job platform, and our export\/import facilitation services.
\nProvide onboarding assistance, user education, and technical guidance on how to use TradeEthiopia\u2019s platforms effectively.
\nMonitor client satisfaction and develop tailored solutions to improve retention and engagement.
\nIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
\nAct as a liaison between clients and internal departments (sales, IT, events, training).
\nTrack customer issues, maintain records, and ensure timely resolution using CRM tools.
\nCollect and analyze feedback for continuous improvement of services.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
\nMinimum of 1 year experience in customer success, B2B support, sales coordination, or related roles.
\nStrong understanding of B2B ecosystems, trade facilitation, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Amharic.
\nSkilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email tools, and CRM platforms.
\nHighly organized, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
\nPassion for trade, entrepreneurship, and client empowerment.
\nKnowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Chinese) is an advantage.
