\nThe Key Account Sales Executive will be responsible for managing major retail and distribution accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring visibility and promotion of products, coordinating up-country sales, collecting payments, and building strong client relationships.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nAccount Management<\/p>\n
Build long-term relationships with supermarkets, wholesalers, hotels, and distributors.
\nServe as the main point of contact and regularly review account performance.<\/p>\n
Sales & Promotion<\/p>\n
Meet or exceed sales targets for biscuits and processed coffee.
\nDrive in-store promotions, campaigns, and product visibility.
\nExplore new market opportunities.<\/p>\n
Inventory & Reporting<\/p>\n
Coordinate with logistics to ensure stock availability.
\nPrepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.<\/p>\n
Payment Follow-up<\/p>\n
Ensure timely payment collection and resolve billing issues.<\/p>\n
Branding & Campaigns<\/p>\n
Collaborate with marketing for brand positioning and event execution.
\nMonitor campaign impact and provide feedback.<\/p>\n
Upcountry Sales<\/p>\n
Supervise sales activities outside Addis Ababa.
\nIdentify new regional customers and implement tailored sales strategies.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
\nMinimum 2 years (BA) or 4 years (Diploma) relevant experience in FMCG (preferably food).
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nProven ability to meet sales targets and handle key clients.
