\nThe Procurement Manager is responsible for all aspects of procurement, ensuring that resources
\nare efficiently and effectively deployed with a diversified base of cost competitive, high quality,
\nand reliable suppliers. Ensure compliance with the procurement policy, as well as the consistent
\nadaptation of good commercial and professional practices.

\nCategory Buyer, Officer, Bank and Insurance Service, Import and Export Controller,
\nOfficer, Purchase Order & Purchase Request Administration, Officer, Contract Administration
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Plans, organizes, coordinates, leads and controls the procurement and supply of all the required supplies and materials by the user departments and the Brewery.
\nEnsures the proper procurement of r\/materials, chemicals, spare parts for product and non-product category requirements of the company.
\nDiscover and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
\nDevelop effective negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals;
\nDevelopment of KPIs for strategic sourcing with cyclical delivery which drives continuous improvement
\nManaging and cultivating new and existing relationships with a large portfolio of supply vendors, and international manufacturers
\nManage workflow from initiation to completion
\nFormulate, manage, and execute cost savings and innovation proposals
\nDevelop and implement forward thinking procurement strategies to both optimize spending and minimize risk and generate savings
\nSet policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost-effective purchasing process for the business
\nIntegrate the procurement functions for acquired companies, and rapidly leveraging the added volume and designs and develops procurement policies and procedures in line with the company\u2019s strategy.
\nDevelops policies, procedures and strategies for procurement and supply activities & presents to the management for approval; implements them when approved and designs models for use in evaluating & analyzing bids.
\nEnsures that full compliance of procurement activities with organizational rules, regulations, policies and strategies of the company.
\nResponsible for existence and implementation of cost savings and reduction strategies concerning procurement functions of the company.
\nEstablishes and implements proper monitoring systems and control of procurement processes including organization of RFQ, receipt and evaluation of quotations, bids or
\nKegna Beverages S.C proposals, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with the countries and the company\u2019s regulation.
\nFollows up the implementation of the procurement processes, monitoring systems and mechanisms to eliminate deficiencies in procurement.
\nResponsible for the development and management of the rosters of suppliers, supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms.
\nAcquires equipment, machines, materials, spare parts and all other required items from foreign as well as local sources at the right time, quality, quantity and type.
\nProduce periodic reports on the performance of the department and submit it the immediate supervisor.

Academic requirement: MA\/MSC\/BA\/BSC in Supply Chain Management\/ Logistics\/ Procurement \/ Management or related fields of study
