career records of company staff<br \/>\nSupports &amp; facilitates the disciplinary measures of the company\u2019s units according to HRM policies and laws<br \/>\nFacilitates the retirement\/pension cases of company staff<br \/>\nMeasures employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.<br \/>\nDevelops appropriate formats and guides for employee performance evaluation and feedback<br \/>\nCoordinates the employee performance evaluation and feedback process of the company\u2019s work units.<br \/>\nManages talent and succession planning; takes overall responsibility to ensure the right persons are recruited for the company.<br \/>\nAdvises and supports employees on company benefits.<br \/>\nAssists the Director in the development of new HR policies, procedures and processes &amp; implements them.<br \/>\nHandles employee relation, grievance handling, and stay interview, exit interview, full &amp; final settlement.<br \/>\nProvides guidance on development for managers and their teams.<br \/>\nAssists and advises departments and business units\u2019 managers during the process of training needs assessment.<br \/>\nPlans &amp; implements the training and development agenda; identifies areas that need attention and improvement.<br \/>\nDevelops companywide training and development programs.<br \/>\nConducts training impact assessment regularly and recommends corrective actions when gaps are created.<br \/>\nAssists in the implementation of institutional development packages.<br \/>\nIdentifies and recommends organizational change instruments.<br \/>\nIdentifies, develops and promotes tools and guidelines for institutional capacity building &amp; best practices.<br \/>\nEnsures the proper filing and records of company documents including HR files.<br \/>\nEnsures the protection of company\u2019s resources from theft, embezzlement, disasters, etc.<br \/>\nOrganizes the company\u2019s staff transportation services in accordance with government &amp; company\u2019s policies &amp; procedures;<br \/>\nFollows up the maintenance &amp; yearly inspection of transportation service vehicles.<br \/>\nEnsures uninterrupted services of water, electric &amp; telephone by proper follow up &amp; making the necessary payments.<br \/>\nEnsures adequate photo copy &amp; printing services.<br \/>\nEnsures adequate cafeteria, health &amp; hygiene services to the company staff<br \/>\nPlans and coordinates the gardening activities in the company\u2019s facilities<br \/>\nFollows up the cleanness of company\u2019s offices, open areas &amp; toilet rooms.<br \/>\nIdentifies ways of improving its division\u2019s activities<br \/>\nEnsures timely the repairs &amp; maintenance of office facilities, buildings, doors &amp; windows, water, electric &amp; telephone lines by giving adequate follow up.<br \/>\nEvaluates the staff in this division in accordance with the company\u2019s policy.<br \/>\nGenerates periodic reports about its division &amp; presents to the Corporate HRAD &amp;
