Overseeing the feed manufacturing process to ensure it adheres to established procedures and quality control parameters. This includes monitoring mixing, pelleting, and other processes.<\/p>\n
Finished Product Testing:<\/p>\n
Analyzing the final feed product to verify its nutritional value, physical characteristics (e.g., texture, particle size), and freedom from harmful substances (e.g., mycotoxins, pathogens).<\/p>\n
Record Keeping:<\/p>\n
Maintaining accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance:<\/p>\n
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the feed production process.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS\/SKILLS<\/p>\n
Education: BSc degree in Animal Science.
\n1 years and above experience in Animal feed quality control.
\nEffective communication abilities are valuable.
\nComputer skills including ERP.
\nExcellent Negotiating Skills.
