\nWe are looking for a highly motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance
\nteam. As a Junior QA Engineer, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and senior QA staff to help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the QA field and learn both manual and automated testing processes.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Execute manual test cases and report defects clearly and concisely.
\nReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
\nParticipate in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
\nIdentify, log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
\nCollaborate with developers and other QA engineers to resolve issues and improve quality.
\nLearn and gradually assist in writing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Postman (for API testing).
\nParticipate in regression, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing.
\nSupport the team in documentation of test cases, test plans, and results.
\nEnsure software quality through adherence to QA best practices and testing standards.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\nBasic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
\nKnowledge of bug tracking and test management tools.
\nFamiliarity with basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or scripting is a plus.
\nUnderstanding of or exposure to manual testing and interest in learning automation.
\nGood written and verbal communication skills.
\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.<\/p>\n
Nice to Have<\/p>\n
Internship or project experience related to software testing.
\nExposure to tools like Selenium, Cypress, JIRA, Postman, or TestRail.
\nBasic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
