\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Instructional Leadership<\/p>\n
Provide visionary leadership to promote high-quality teaching and learning.
\nLead curriculum planning, review, and implementation in line with national and\/or international standards.
\nMonitor student achievement and instructional practices using data to drive improvement.
\nEnsure inclusive education that supports all learners, including those with special needs.<\/p>\n
2. Staff Leadership & Development<\/p>\n
Supervise, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
\nLead teacher recruitment, induction, appraisal, and professional development.
\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.<\/p>\n
3. Student Management & Discipline<\/p>\n
Create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
\nOversee student discipline policies and procedures.
\nEncourage student participation in academic, extracurricular, and civic activities.<\/p>\n
4. Administrative & Operational Management<\/p>\n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school.
\nManage resources efficiently, including budgets, timetables, school facilities, and procurement.
\nEnsure compliance with safety, legal, and accreditation requirements.<\/p>\n
5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
Build strong relationships with parents, local authorities, and the school community.
\nPromote the school\u2019s image and reputation through transparent communication and public relations.<\/p>\n
6. Strategic Planning & Policy Implementation<\/p>\n
Develop and implement school improvement plans aligned with the school\u2019s mission and strategic goals.
\nEnsure school policies are up-to-date, communicated, and effectively implemented.
\nWork closely with the school board or ownership on long-term development and resource planning.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Degree or Master\u2019s degree in Educational Leadership, or related field.
