\nAt-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc., a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa, is engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works, including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects. We are currently looking to hire One (1) qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Create and improve electrical systems, circuits, and components for various applications.
\nDevelop schematics and technical drawings using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium).
\nConduct performance and safety tests on electrical systems and products.
\nTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development and deployment.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
\nMaintain documentation for designs, test results, and technical specifications.
\nProvide technical support during installation and maintenance phases.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
BSc MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering,
\nAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical design, systems development, or infrastructure projects.
\nProven involvement in project execution, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
\nProficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, Altium).
\nPrepare technical documents, specifications and bill of quantities
\nConduct material inspections and material approvals.
\nStrong understanding of electrical codes and standards.
\nExperience with power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.
\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/p>\n
