Scheduling<\/p>\n<p>Schedule service appointments and manage workshop calendar.<br \/>\nCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.<br \/>\nFollow up with reminders for upcoming appointments or regular maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Estimate Preparation<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and present repair or maintenance estimates.<br \/>\nExplain parts, labor costs, and timeframes clearly.<br \/>\nGet customer approval before proceeding with any work.<\/p>\n<p>Job Order Management<\/p>\n<p>Create and manage repair orders or job cards.<br \/>\nEnsure customer requests are accurately recorded on the repair order or job card for the technicians.<br \/>\nKeep customers informed about job progress and any changes.<\/p>\n<p>Complaint Resolution<\/p>\n<p>Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.<br \/>\nEscalate issues to supervisors or workshop managers if needed.<br \/>\nFollow up after resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p>Payment Processing<\/p>\n<p>Handle invoicing, billing, and receipt issuance.<br \/>\nExplain charges and answer billing-related questions.<br \/>\nManage warranty claims or insurance documentation where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Record Keeping &amp; Documentation<\/p>\n<p>Maintain accurate service history for each customer and vehicle.<br \/>\nUpdate databases with customer information, job status, and feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Retention &amp; Follow-up<\/p>\n<p>Conduct follow-up calls or messages after service.<br \/>\nOffer promotions, loyalty programs, or maintenance reminders.<br \/>\nGather customer feedback through surveys or direct communication.<\/p>\n<p>Coordination with Workshop Staff<\/p>\n<p>Act as a communication link between customers and maintenance team.<br \/>\nEnsure maintenance team have clear instructions from customers.<br \/>\nRelay technical explanations or recommendations from mechanics to customers.<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>Education &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Diploma, BA equivalent required; In Automotive Technology or Business is a plus.<br \/>\nMinimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive service center or dealership environment.<\/p>\n<p>Technical Skills<\/p>\n<p>Basic knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and service procedures.<br \/>\nFamiliarity with vehicle inspection checklists, job cards, and estimate preparation.<br \/>\nProficiency in using service management software, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM).<\/p>\n<p>Communication &amp;
