{"id":1615,"date":"2025-08-20T12:02:12","date_gmt":"2025-08-20T12:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/ethiopia\/job\/junior-accountant-at-joytech-plc\/"},"modified":"2025-11-18T00:34:57","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T00:34:57","slug":"junior-accountant-at-joytech-plc","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/ethiopia\/?post_type=job_listing&p=1615","title":{"rendered":"Junior Accountant at Joytech PLC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are recruiting Junior Accountant<br \/>\nReporting Manager \u2013 Finance Section Head<br \/>\nLocation: Addis Ababa,<br \/>\nEmployment Type: Temporary, 8 months, with the possibility of extension<br \/>\nSex: Female<br \/>\nJob Summary:<br \/>\nThe Junior Accountant, under the guidance of the Finance Section Head, will be responsible for conducting various finance-related tasks for the company.<br \/>\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Record and reconcile cash receipts and sales transactions.<br \/>\nMaintain and reconcile customers\u2019 ledgers.<br \/>\nAssist in organizing and preparing monthly tax declaration documents (VAT, income taxes, and withholding taxes) as required by the Ethiopian Revenue Office.<br \/>\nPrepare check payments.<br \/>\nFollow up on check payment activities.<br \/>\nSummarize and record petty cash transactions.<br \/>\nEnsure completeness and proper filing of financial documents.<br \/>\nPerform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>Job Requirements: <\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting from a recognized University\/College with no prior work experience.
