The role involves preparing and processing import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams for timely clearance and delivery of goods.<br \/>\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and review import documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).<br \/>\nEnsure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.<br \/>\nMonitor shipment status and follow up on clearance with brokers and authorities.<br \/>\nCommunicate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.<br \/>\nKeep accurate records of import activities and related expenses.<br \/>\nSupport in resolving shipment delays or customs issues.<\/p>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Any field of studies.<br \/>\nMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in import\/export operations.<br \/>\nKnowledge of customs clearance processes, INCOTERMS, and import procedures.<br \/>\nStrong communication and organizational skills.<br \/>\nComputer literacy (MS Office, ESW, ERP\/logistics systems).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Ethioder Pvt.
