\nIntex Ethiopia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales & Key Accounts Manager to drive sales and business growth by building strong relationships with key institutions such as banks, universities, government organizations, NGOs, and other large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling large accounts, navigating procurement processes, and driving revenue growth through relationship-building and strategic account management.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow business with large organizations
\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement departments, IT teams, and decision-makers at target organizations.
\nTrack tenders and proactively engage with organizations before tender issuance to position Intex products favorably.
\nConduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure orders and contracts.
\nCoordinate with distributors and dealers to align strategies for institutional sales.
\nAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth of Intex Ethiopia.
\nPrepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
\nCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure appropriate brand positioning in institutional segments.
\nProvide feedback to product and operations teams on market requirements, competition, and client needs.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
\n2+ years of proven experience in corporate\/institutional sales, preferably in IT, electronics, or power solutions.
\nExperience working with procurement processes of large organizations
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\nProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
\nStrong presentation and proposal development skills.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
