\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Preparing payment vouchers, cash receipt vouchers, and all other documents for data processing
\nPrepare payment vouchers and checks for approved payments
\nPrepare company payments as per Agreements
\nCollect Payment from Clients
\nReconcile bank statements with organization records monthly and
\nUpdate Financial Data in the Peachtree Accounting System
\nPrepare periodic Financial Reports based on the Agreed Time Frame
\nEnsure proper documentation of financial documents
\nPrepare and Pay\/Settle tax Payments to the tax authority
\nPrepare Employee payroll<\/p>\n
