\nJob Summary:
\nThe Fitness Instructor is responsible for delivering personalized fitness programs, guiding club members in achieving their health and wellness goals, and promoting an active, safe, and engaging environment. This role combines practical training knowledge with motivational coaching to enhance the overall client experience at the club.
\nDuties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Create and implement exercise routines for Members based on their individual goals and fitness levels
\nLead group fitness classes and provide individualized attention to Members
\nEnsure the safety of all participants by monitoring exercise techniques and providing guidance on proper form
\nProvide education on proper nutrition and hydration to support Members\u2019 fitness goals
\nTrack Members\u2019 progress and modify workout routines as necessary to help them reach their goals
\nMaintain a clean and organized fitness area and ensure all equipment is in working order
\nAttend training and continuing education courses to stay current on fitness trends and techniques
\nMotivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals, and create a supportive and positive workout environment<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent
\nCertification from a recognized fitness organization, such as NASM or ACE
\nExperience leading group fitness classes and working one-on-one with Members
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\nStrong knowledge of exercise techniques and anatomy
\nAbility to motivate and inspire Members to reach their fitness goals<\/p>\n
Key Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Ability in strictly & consistently apply safe working practices,
\nAbility to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments,
\nWilling to work in different shift hours other than the day shift,
\nCapable of working in a team environment;
