\n\u2022 Oversee the financial health of the organization by managing financial operations and budgeting.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
\n\u2022 Supervise and lead a team of finance professionals, including accountants and analysts.
\n\u2022 Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
\n\u2022 Analyze financial data, provide insights, and make recommendations to senior management.

\nQualification
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and team management skills.
\n\u2022 Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
\n\u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
