\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
plan his\/her division duties
\nEstablish and implement cost accounting systems
\nAnalyze costs in accordance to their departments
\nPrepare cost of production, expenses and produce ideas to increase efficiency
\nBuild cost sheet for manufacturing process
\nTake the initiatives to Develop property administration policy in collaboration with other departments
\nMaintain the value of a property and generate revenue
\nQuarterly ,biannually and annually report the trend of revenue and expenditure<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
