\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Plan organize and monitor his \/her division duties
\nPreparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
\nPrepare monthly bank reconciliation
\nInsure that records are as per chart of accounts
\nInsure timely payment of employee salary, government tax utilities and the like
\nFollow up collections of receivables and payments
\nPrepare accurate and timely FS ( profit and loss statements and cash flow statements)
\nAssist in development of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads to establish financial goals
\nOversee Accounts, payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of venders invoices and payments
\nManage account receivable activities including invoicing, collections and reconciliations of customers accounts
\nAddress any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable and resolve promptly
\nPresent financial reports to his immediate boss providing insights and recommendations for decision making<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
