Assist safe operation and maintenance of machinery and production lines in the assigned process lines by configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines and reducing down-time so as to produce products that continuously meet the quality standards and quantity targets as per the schedule set.<\/p>\n
Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
\nCompleting daily and weekly tasks using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\u2019s) to ensure quality and repeatable results.
\nEnsuring continuous operation of process equipment at specific process line through active process monitoring and troubleshooting
\nEffectively communicating job knowledge and process changes with team members and management through various forms of daily communication (shift handover meeting, daily production meetings, action logs, work orders, etc.).
\nPerforming quality inspection of product using basic lab equipment and SOPs as a guide.
\nCompleting and maintain written documentation certifying completion of quality inspections, sanitation requirements, batch and blending production following SOP\u2019s, and basic maintenance tasks.
\nMaintaining sanitation of machinery, equipment, storage bins, workstations, etc
\nReporting safety and\/or equipment issues to line manager and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering\/Mechanical Engineering\/Industrial Engineering\/Electricity or Electronic Engineering\/Chemistry\/chemical engineering\/Food science
\n2 years\u2019 experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor setting
\nAbility to manage well under pressure while staying true to the company values.
\nStrong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
\nDemonstrated team player.
\nReliable and punctual \u2013 must adhere to attendance and absenteeism policy.
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking.
\nExcellent communication skills.
\nAbility to receive regular feedback and act upon it accordingly.
\nDemonstrated drive for learning and teaching\/sharing best practices with others
