\nTeaching & Curriculum Development<\/p>\n
Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons in Economics and Business Studies aligned with the Ethiopian National Curriculum
\nEnrich the curriculum with global best practices, fostering analytical thinking and real-world application
\nDesign lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities that promote critical thinking, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset
\nUse diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities<\/p>\n
Student Development & Mentorship<\/p>\n
Serve as a mentor and role model, inspiring girls to pursue academic excellence and personal growth
\nSupport students in developing leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
\nProvide individualized academic support and guidance to help students reach their full potential
\nEncourage participation in clubs, competitions, and community projects related to economics and business<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Economics, Business Studies, or a related field
\nMinimum 3\u20135 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level
\nStrong command of the Ethiopian National Curriculum and ability to deliver it effectively
\nExcellent classroom management and student engagement techniques
\nProven ability to foster critical thinking, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset
\nFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
\nCommitment to girls\u2019 education, empowerment, and holistic development
\nHigh standards of professional integrity, punctuality, and team collaboration<\/p>\n
