Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identify key traders and off-takers in assigned areas and propose contracting of capable traders
\nRegister contracted growers\u2019 agricultural information in ERP database and update per SOP requirements
\nCoordinate input demand, delivery, and payments to contracted growers and traders
\nEnsure compliance with post-harvest handling standards
\nWeekly monitoring of out-growers, integrators, and contracted traders\u2019 stock levels
\nCollect and analyze oilseed market data within the designated coverage area
\nDeliver training to all contracted partners and stakeholders<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Degree in a relevant field (Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related)
\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in seed oil purchasing or agricultural supply chain
\nExperience in trader identification, contracting, and farmer\/out-grower coordination
\nStrong understanding of ERP\/database management, traceability, and SOP compliance from sowing to harvesting
\nAbility to monitor stock levels, collect market data, coordinate input delivery, and execute purchase plans
\nSkilled in training and capacity building for contracted partners
