About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
\n6\u20138 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including minimum 3 years in upcountry sales and marketing leadership
\nProven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the FMCG sector
\nExperience in new product development and successful product launches
\nStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
