\nPrepare periodic market insight reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
\nIdentify new market opportunities and areas for business expansion.
\nCollaborate with sales and project development teams to evaluate customer feedback and buying behavior.
\nMonitor macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry trends that could affect real estate demand.
\nOversee data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research.
\nDevelop and manage customer satisfaction and post-sale evaluation metrics.
\nProvide research-based inputs into product pricing, branding, and promotional strategies.
\nManage relationships with external research agencies, when applicable.
\nTrain and mentor junior marketing research staff.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education:
\nBA\/MA in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
\nExperience:
\nMinimum 5\u20137 years of progressive experience in market research, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
\nSkills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
Strong analytical and statistical skills.
\nProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI).
\nDeep understanding of the Ethiopian real estate market.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication.
\nProject management and reporting skills.
