\nMain Duties & Responsibilities
\nUnder the supervision of the General Manager (GM) office, he\/she is responsible to execute different tasks given by the GM, coordinate appointments and meetings, greeting visitors upon arrival and performing additional clerical functions as needed, like preparing letters, compile reports, signing contract of agreement when delegated by the company, and follow up and fix company issues at different external bodies
\n Specific Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Follow up and process company issues found at both private and government organizations.<\/p>\n
Liaison the external bodies with the company
\nPrepares different correspondents to external bodies by the instruction of the immediate boss.
\nAssist the General Manager in handling a daily activity of the business operations.
\nCoordinate appointments and meetings
\nPreparing letters and compile reports as appropriate
\nCollect from and distribute different correspondents to external bodies (banks, customs, transport authority, insurance companies and other government organizations)
\nSigning contract of agreement based on company delegation
\nFollow up and fix company issues at different external bodies
\nPerforming additional clerical functions as needed
\nPerform any additional activities which may be given by the immediate boss<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
.Qualification: BA in a communication and journalism or Business management or any other relevant field of study
\n4.
