\nMain Duties & Responsibilities
\nSupervise the overall human resource and legal functions including, recruitment, selection, performance management ,training and Development, succession planning, labor relations, and labor disputes to help achieve the objectives of the company through maintaining committed, motivated and skilled work force.<\/p>\n

Specific Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
\nConduct manpower planning for optimal staffing jointly with immediate supervisor
\nReview and propose improved organizational structures for better performance.
\nBuild relationships with employment agencies, universities, and professional societies for recruitment.
\nFollow up and execute the recruitment process to hire qualified candidates.
\nImplement induction and orientation programs for new hires.
\nAssess training needs in consultation with his\/her immediate supervisor\/manager\/
\nDesign and develop training programs, or manage external providers.
\nAssist in establish career development and employee succession planning.
\nFollow up and ensure that employees\u2019 performance appraisals are conducted according to existing procedures.
\nConduct market survey to help know the salary structure and benefit packages of competitors.
\nFollow up and conduct periodic human resource audits to ensure compliance with company\u2019s rules and regulations.
\nFollow up and make sure that company employees are complying with labor laws or internal directive.
\nPrevent employee grievances by ensuring fair and transparent administration actions.
\nAdvise his\/her immediate supervisor\/managers on adhering to labor laws or internal directive (personnel policies)
\nMaintain good relations with company employees and resolve labor disputes (issues) amicably in consultation with his\/her immediate supervisor\/manager
\nImplement exit management procedures for smooth employee departures and to get feedback.
\nFollow up and keep employees informed of pertinent issues.
\nEstablish and maintain employees\u2019 documentation systems.
\nEnsure that employees\u2019 personal files are kept safe and accessible.
\nFollow up and control employee\u2019s daily attendance
\nProvide feedback to subordinates on performance in planned interval.
\nPrepare legal and human resource weekly, monthly, quarter and annual performance reports,
\nProvide legal advice and support to the organization
\nDraft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
\nAssist in negotiating and resolving legal disputes
\nEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
\nMonitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company
\nCoordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
\nManage and represent the company for litigation and other legal proceedings
\nAssist in developing policies and procedures to minimize legal risk
\nAdvising on a wide range of legal matters, including regulatory, operational, and employment issues.
\nSupporting the company by advising on customer deals, including drafting templates and customized agreements.
\nDrafting and reviewing employment agreements, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional labor laws and regulations.
\nPerform additional duties as assigned by his\/her immediate supervisor\/manager.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualification: LLB degree from known university plus HR knowledge is desired.
\nWork experience: 6 (six) years and above experience in the area. Experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly required.
