\nJob Title: Office Engineer
\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
\nCreate and maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones and deadlines
\nConduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify any issues or concerns
\nPrepare and distribute progress and status reports to project stakeholders
\nMonitor and track project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports
\nCollaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
\nProvide technical support to project team members as needed
\nBilling and Payments: Tracking interim payment schedules, managing deductions and advances, and ensuring timely and accurate billing.<\/p>\n
