\nDUTIES\/RESPONSIBILITIE<\/p>\n
Know the directions of the vehicles in advance and immediately notify the head of the department if there is a vehicle that changes direction;
\nIf the vehicles stop for more than 5 minutes on the way, immediately notify the head of the department;
\nMonitor the GPS messages and respond to the messages;
\nReport the movements of the vehicles to the head of the department every day at 3 am and 9 pm;
\nMonitor the vehicles in the evening and morning outside of normal working hours and report anything suspicious to the head of the department;
\nMonitor fuel levels and monitor theft;
\nReport GPS reports every Friday and the first day of the month;
\nKnow in advance where the vehicles are deployed and what they are loaded with when they are assigned or know in advance the origin and destination points of the vehicles;
\nProtect and properly use the company\u2019s property that they have been entrusted to;
\nSubmit weekly vehicle activity reports and submit a report of total activity within 3 days of the start of the month.
\nFill in vehicle oil, battery and tire change information and notify when their replacement time is due;<\/p>\n

Level 4 or Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Social Studies.
