A Cafeteria Steward who assume the position in American Community Association Cafeteria Kitchen is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and assisting in basic food preparation. The role is vital in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
\nSpecifically, responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n
Ensure all dishware, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized properly
\nMaintain daily cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
\nDispose of kitchen refuse and recycling appropriately
\nAssist in the proper rotation and storage of food
\nWorks in a supportive and flexible manner with others.
\nReceive and organize food deliveries & Support kitchen staff as needed
\nWorks closely with other Outlet employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the restaurant and the satisfaction of guests.
\nStrictly adheres to all policies and procedures issued by the AMCOM.
\nHave a thorough knowledge and understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)<\/p>\n

Job Requirement <\/p>\n
2-4 years\u2019 experience as steward in restaurant Kitchen,
\nExcellent Knowledge and familiarity with hygiene, health and safety regulationsPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced restaurant
\nAbility to perform tasks quickly and efficiently
\nPhysical stamina and ability to properly handle the task
\nCertificate or Formal Training in HACCP
