\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Prepare, review, and process export documents in compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
\n\u2013 Handle Single Window System operations and ensure timely submission of required export documents.
\n\u2013 Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and related documents.
\n\u2013 Coordinate with logistics, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment of products.
\n\u2013 Ensure compliance with relevant customs and regulatory requirements.
\n\u2013 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders and customers.<\/p>\n

About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education: College Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Export Management, or a related field.
\nComputer Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access, and other relevant applications.
\nExport Knowledge:
\nSolid understanding of basic export documentation and preparation processes.
\nFamiliarity with document handling, organization, and record-keeping systems.
\nExperience operating the Single Window System is a must.
\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.
\nStrong discipline, integrity, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
