We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with 8\u201310 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, analysis, tax compliance and reporting functions, while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to guide the finance team, support management in decision-making, and contribute to the organization\u2019s long-term financial health.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
\nDevelop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
\nManage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability.
\nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS\/GAAP.
\nOversee tax compliance, regulatory filings, and external audit processes.
\nLead financial analysis on business performance, profitability, and cost efficiency.
\nIdentify risks, opportunities, and recommend financial strategies to senior management.
\nSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants\/finance staff.
\nImplement and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes for efficiency and transparency.
\nAct as a business partner to other departments, providing insights and financial guidance on projects and investments.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred).
\n8\u201310 years of progressive finance\/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
\nStrong knowledge of IFRS\/GAAP, corporate finance principles, and local tax regulations.
\nProven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
\nProficiency in financial management software (e.g., Peach Tree, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements.
\nStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
