\nAbout the Role \/Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Leads the assessment of organizational and departmental training needs through gap analysis and designs targeted learning programs.
\nOversee the implementation and continuous improvement of onboarding training.
\nCreates and manages a training matrix based on the job position matrix of the company
\nCreates, administers and manages the yearly training plan by identifying the training needs.
\nEnsures the timely planning and attendance of (obligatory) trainings.
\nCollaborates with management and department heads to conduct targeted surveys and assessments that identify training needs across operational & Technical processes, health and safety protocols, proper use of PPE and personal development.
\nHandles and identifies external training opportunities of different institutions or organizations and makes sure that these companies are compliant with Sher\u2019s wishes
\nNominate participants of external trainings invitation in coordination with concerned department and management; and compile reports on given training.
\nEvaluates performance results and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement and drives the improvement changes.
\nTracking training outcomes using KASA (Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills, Aspirations) and measuring impact.
\nLeading training initiatives, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of learning outcomes.
\nDevelops and organizes training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other training materials for effective training.
\nPlans, develops and provides training and staff development programs using knowledge of the most effective methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops.<\/p>\n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nStrong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
\nProficiency in computer and training management tools.
\nDemonstrated experience working directly with Development & Training leadership role
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic; knowledge of other local languages is an asset.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements:<\/p>\n
An advanced education in Human Resources Studies is required or a proven track record of required working ability.
\nMinimum of 3 years of professional experience with managerial role the learning, training and development in a large business Enterprise.
\nThe work requires broader knowledge training assessment, Design & trainer.
\nCertification on adult TOT program
\nEnglish written and verbal
\nReport writing skill
\nExcel Advanced
