\nBasic Job Descriptions:<\/p>\n
Accurately maintain stock records within approved inventory parameters and update regularly.
\nOversee all import warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceuticals and medical consumables.
\nReceive, inspect, selling pricing adjusting and record incoming medicines, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage.
\nMonitor stock levels, identify shortages, and notify the relevant supervisor for replenishment.
\nConduct regular checks for expiry dates, damages, and non-saleable items, and segregate them for proper disposal or return.
\nPrepare return vouchers for damaged or expired medicines and coordinate with suppliers or the wholesale unit.
\nArrange products to ensure first-expiry-first-out (FEFO) practice is followed.
\nEnsure medicines requiring special handling or refrigeration are stored under the correct conditions.
\nKeep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with EFDA storage requirements.
\nLabel products clearly with codes and prices before release for sale or distribution.
\nPrepare and document release vouchers for medicines issued to retail or wholesale outlets.
\nRecord all transfers between Hospital pharmacy and other MeQrez pharmacies.
\nEnsure fast-moving products are prioritized for availability and restocking.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Education- BA\/Diploma in Pharma.
\nExperience \u2013 at least 3\/5 years demonstrated experience.
