\nPurpose
\nProvide technical and administrative support to the Program team and Deputy Consortium Director in managing multiple projects. Strengthening coordination, communication, and documentation across consortium partners to ensure effective program delivery and compliance with client standards.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Support work planning, activity scheduling, and coordination of consortium meetings and learning events.
\n\u2022 Take accurate minutes, track action points, and follow up with responsible teams.
\n\u2022 Assist in preparing reports, briefing notes, and presentation materials.
\n\u2022 Maintain updated records of program deliverables, partner submissions, and performance trackers.
\n\u2022 Support development and dissemination of communication materials, learning products, and event summaries.
\n\u2022 Liaise with partners to collect updates, monitor progress, and ensure timely inputs for reporting.
\n\u2022 Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and field missions, ensuring alignment with donor requirements.
\n\u2022 Contribute to documentation of lessons learned and best practices to inform adaptive management.
\n\u2022 Maintain organized electronic filing and version control systems in line with data protection standards.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills
\n\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in development studies, social sciences, or related field.
\n\u2022 2\u20134 years of experience supporting donor-funded projects or multi-partner programs.
\n\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\u2022 Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to deadlines and details.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
