It manufactures and supplies construction materials (bricks, ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, etc.). The company also owns a fuel station, where it distributes fuel and related products. The company has continued its growth and is working towards establishing a new fertilizer manufacturing plant.
\nThe Company seeks a qualified Sales and Marketing Manager to support all business operations.
\nPurpose of the Position:
\nTo lead the company\u2019s sales and marketing strategy, grow market share, increase sales, and strengthen the company\u2019s brand presence while ensuring strong coordination with production and finance teams.
\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Develop an annual sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals
\nLead market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
\nOversee pricing strategies in consultation with finance and production
\nBuild and manage relationships with distributors, large clients like contractors, real estate developers, farmers, and cooperatives
\nPlan and implement promotional activities and campaigns suitable for the sector, including business-to-business relationships, exhibitions, volume discounts, and seasonal offers
\nAnalyze sales performance metrics (volume, revenue, market share)
\nProvide monthly sales performance reports to the General Manager<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
\nAt least seven years of experience working in sales and marketing
\nExperience working in the construction or agriculture sector
\nStrategic thinking and business development
\nNegotiation and client relationship skills
\nMarket analysis and trend forecasting
