Background of the Company
\nTADAL Trading PLC was established in 2012 and provides quality products and services to its customers. It manufactures and supplies construction materials (bricks, ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, etc.). The company also owns a fuel station, where it distributes fuel and related products. It is looking to diversify its operations and is working towards establishing a new fertilizer manufacturing plant.
\nThe Company is seeking a qualified Production Manager to lead its operations in the construction materials industry.
\nPurpose of the Position:
\nTo oversee the entire brick manufacturing operation, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, cost management, maintenance, and management of the unit workforce.
\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Review of the existing standard operating procedures and production workflow
\nPlan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of brick production
\nMonitor daily operations and ensure production targets are met
\nManage production staff and coordinate shift schedules
\nEnsure continuous operation of machines and equipment (e.g., mixers and molding machines)
\nEnsure quality and safety standards are enforced
\nSupervise the allocation of labor to different lines of production
\nProvide an accurate forecast of the raw material and supply needs
\nWork closely with the Finance and Administration Manager on budget preparation, cost efficiency, resource allocation, and raw material purchase.
\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and environmental regulations
\nEnsure to keep the daily production records and downtime reasons
\nReport plant performance for the General Manager<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
Degree in Engineering or related field
\nAt least seven years of experience working in the construction sector and technical knowledge of the brick manufacturing process
\nStrong leadership and problem-solving skills.
\nFinancial and operational management skills
