TADAL Trading PLC was established in 2012 and provides quality products and services to its customers. It manufactures and supplies construction materials (bricks, ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, etc.). The company also owns a fuel station, where it distributes fuel and related products. The company has continued its growth and is working towards establishing a new fertilizer manufacturing plant.
\nThe Company seeks a qualified Finance and Admin Manager to support all business operations.
\nPurpose of the Position:
\nTo oversee the financial and administrative functions. Ensure proper budgeting, financial planning, and compliance with tax. The position serves as a strategic business partner in decision-making, ensuring that the organization\u2019s resources are utilized effectively.
\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:
\nFinance Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Establish and implement an accounting system
\nManage operational budgets and financial forecasts
\nMaintain cost accounting and calculate the cost of products
\nEstablish a system to manage the flow of cash
\nOversee the recording of all income, expenses, inventory, and asset values
\nReview and approve payroll and vendor payments
\nMonitor accounts receivable and payable, including accounts within different business operations of the company
\nManage all types of taxes, including VAT, withholding, payroll tax, profit tax, etc, and ensure compliance
\nMonitor bank accounts and monthly bank reconciliations
\nComplete and submit monthly and annual financial reports, mainly balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow, and budget vs actual reports, etc
\nEnsure compliance with local and international accounting principles<\/p>\n
Administration Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Oversee recruitment, accurate staff recording, and Health and Safety
\nEnsure all internal policies and procedures are consistently implemented
\nManage disciplinary cases and grievances
\nEnsure compliance with labor laws
\nOversee the development and implementation of the procurement plans and ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials
\nEstablish an accurate recording and control system for purchases, raw material utilization, and inventories<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/p>\n
Degree in Accounting and Finance
\nAt least seven years of experience working in accounting and finance, with at least two years in a managerial and supervisory role
\nExperience in managing HR and Procurement responsibilities
\nStrong ability in financial analysis, accuracy, and compliance
\nStrong leadership and problem-solving skills
\nCommunication and people management skills
\nProficient in Excel and exposure to accounting software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, ERP, etc)
