Accounts Receivable Duties:<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor accounts receivable aging report and follow up with customers on overdue balances.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform collection activities via email, phone, or portal communications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reconcile payments and customer accounts, ensuring correct application of payments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, or short payments.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain customer records and contact information in the accounting system.
