MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Promote a proactive safety culture focused on incident prevention and regulatory compliance
\nEnsure the group safety risk assessment is properly adopted \/update the action status for prevention and protection measures.
\nInvestigate accidents, prepare, and maintain required reports. Identify countermeasure to prevent reoccurrence
\nConduct NMM\/Safety behavioural visit at planned interval for all factory employees
\nPrepare safety prevention plan with concerned employees
\nDeliver the right PPE (Personal protective equipment\u2019s) for the concerned employees, control the PPE compliance the employees.
\nPerforms safety induction training for the new staffs, Drivers, Toolbox for Daily Labours
\nDeliver work permit and follow the effectiveness as per each permit instruction.
\nEnsure the company safety Golden rules respected in each function
\nDevelop specific safety objectives and create actions plans to meet those objectives
\nCoordinate training for Emergency Response Teams set up in workplaces and conduct fire drill
\nInitiate safety dysfunction report (Safety incident card) for any safety noncompliance, follow and submit the status report.
\nPrepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
\nProvide safety awareness training to the concerned employees.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. Valid qualification in occupational health and safety
\nExperience: At least 5 years relevant work experience.
\nTechnical Skills:
\nDeep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
\nAbility in producing reports and developing relevant policies
\nExperience in industrial context
\nGood knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
\nExcellent organizational and motivational skills
\nOutstanding attention to detail and observation ability
