\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Assist in the preparation and submission of export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
\nCoordinate with shipping and logistics partners to facilitate timely delivery of goods to international clients.
\nMonitor export transactions and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
\nConduct market research to identify potential new export opportunities and assist in developing strategic plans for market entry.
\nProvide support in negotiating contracts and terms with foreign clients and suppliers.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required and Preferred Qualifications Required:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\u2019s degree is preferred.
\nMinimum of 7-9 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on import and export operations. Specifically minimum 5 years working experience in export management position. Proven track record of managing and optimizing supply chain processes.<\/p>\n
Preferred:<\/p>\n
Experience in the (Coffee, oil seeds & pulses) sector is a plus.
\nFluency in a second language relevant to our export markets.
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies<\/p>\n
Familiarity with export compliance software and tools.
\nUnderstanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
\nProficient in data analysis and reporting tools.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills and Cultural Fit<\/p>\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
