MeQrez Health Services is a share company established in October 2020, dedicated to strengthening Ethiopia\u2019s healthcare sector. Our primary mission is to establish organizations within the health industry to alleviate the nation\u2019s healthcare challenges through initiatives such as general hospitals, a chain of pharmacies, imaging and diagnostic centers, and the import and wholesale of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.

Qualifications<\/p>\n
Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance,
\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
\nStrong knowledge of IFRS. \u2013 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Skill:-<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of budgeting processes, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
\nExcellent analytical skills with a strong grasp of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
\nProficiency in financial software and ERP systems, Microsoft Excel.
\nDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development.
\nExceptional communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly.
