The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate sales leads, and strengthen the company\u2019s market position in the metal door manufacturing industry. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company\u2019s business goals.
\nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
\nPrepare annual marketing budgets and oversee marketing expenditures.Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
\nManage the company\u2019s online presence including website, social media platforms, and digital content.
\nOrganize trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to showcase company products.
\nCollaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, proposals, and sales presentations.
\nGenerate and qualify marketing leads to support the sales pipeline.
\nMonitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvement.
\nWork with the production and design teams to align product offerings with market demand.
\nIdentify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships.
\nRecommend pricing strategies based on market analysis and cost structure.
\nTrack and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and sales growth results.
\nPrepare periodic marketing performance reports and present insights to management.
\nSupervise and mentor marketing team members.

About You<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).
\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
\nStrong understanding of industrial or B2B marketing principles.
\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) software.
