\nMain Responsibility & Duties
\nA Head of Marketing in real estate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales<\/p>\n
Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual budget plans to support business objectives.
\nDigital and traditional marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts (social media, website, SEO) and traditional channels, including print, signage, and public relations.
\nTeam leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the marketing team to achieve goals and maintain high performance.
\nBudget management: Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a positive return on investment (ROI).
\nPerformance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, such as leads, conversions, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
\nCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business strategy.
\nBrand management: Build and maintain brand awareness and reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality collateral, including websites, brochures, and presentations.
\nMarket research: Conduct ongoing research into market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.

\nResearching demand for our products and services.
\nCompetitor research.
\nWorking with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
\nIdentifying potential customers.

\nSupporting sales and lead generation efforts.
\nCoordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
\nOrganizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
\nOverseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Educational Qualification: \u2013 MBA\/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management and Civil Other Related Field of study.
\nWork Experiences: \u2013 4\/6 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Real Estate leadership and management positions.
\nTechnical Competency <\/p>\n
Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on strategy, execution, and team leadership, specifically within the real estate or property development sectors.
\nStrong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing principles and practices.
