\nWe are seeking Female candidates with at least 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the current market and demonstrate the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
\nLead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
\nMarket Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends and property values.
\nSales and Property Deals: Guide clients through the sales process and close deals.
\nNegotiation: Effectively negotiate terms and conditions of property deals.
\nMarketing Properties: Utilize various channels to market available properties.
\nPost-Sale Service: Provide excellent follow-up and support after a sale.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Experience: A minimum of 2 Years of experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
\nEducation: A Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Engineering or a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in any Business-related field is required.
\nCommunication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Amharic and Oromo languages are essential.
\nCultural Understanding: A deep understanding of clients\u2019 needs and expectations.
\nTech-Savvy: Familiarity with Digital marketing and social media platforms for real estate promotion.
\nNegotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage client expectations professionally.
\nDriven and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
\nLearning-Oriented: Willingness to continuously learn about the real estate market and adapt to its unique demands.
