We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and coordinate our sales team toward achieving strategic revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, with leadership capabilities to guide a growing team, develop sales strategies, and maintain high-performance standards.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (Sales Officers and Coordinators) to meet and exceed targets.
\nDevelop and implement actionable sales strategies aligned with company goals.
\nMonitor and analyze team performance using KPIs and sales reporting tools.
\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on both acquisition and retention.
\nCoordinate with Marketing to support campaigns and generate qualified leads.
\nManage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report results to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
\nAssist in onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
\nParticipate in pricing discussions, client negotiations, and corporate presentations.
\nIdentify growth opportunities in various market segments and propose sales expansion strategies.
\nEnsure proper use of CRM tools and reporting systems for transparency and accountability.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
\nA Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
Minimum of 3\u20135 years of relevant experience in sales, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
\nExperience in FMCG, logistics, courier services, or transportation industries is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive performance.
\nStrong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
\nData-driven mindset; ability to interpret sales data and take informed actions.
\nProficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
\nAbility to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
\nStrong customer focus and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n

Must be willing to travel occasionally to support regional branches or client engagements.
