Key Duties & Responsibilities
\nA. Inventory Data Management<\/p>\n
Collect and record daily store transactions, including:<\/p>\n
Goods received (GRN)
\nTransfers in & out
\nDispatch to customers
\nReturns
\nDamaged, expired, or adjustments<\/p>\n
Update store records in ERP\/Excel daily.<\/p>\n
B. Stock Reconciliation & Accuracy<\/p>\n
Perform daily stock reconciliation between:<\/p>\n
Physical count
\nBin cards
\nSystem\/ERP
\nWeighbridge (for cement)<\/p>\n
Identify and report:<\/p>\n
Variances
\nMissing records
\nStock shrinkage
\nPosting errors<\/p>\n
Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts.<\/p>\n
C. Reporting & Dashboard Preparation
\nPrepare and submit:<\/p>\n
Daily stock position report
\nInbound & outbound movement summary
\nMonthly warehouse\/stock performance dashboard
\nVariance and loss analysis reports
\nSlow-moving & fast-moving items report
\nWarehouse aging report<\/p>\n
Each report should include:<\/p>\n
Balance at start, Goods received, Goods issued, Balance at close and Variances (if any)<\/p>\n
D. Store Performance Analysis
\nAnalyze:<\/p>\n
Truck waiting time for loading\/unloading
\nLoading\/dispatch time
\nMaterial handling productivity
\nWarehouse utilization space
\nInventory turnaround time
\nProvide improvement recommendations.<\/p>\n
E. Master Data & Document Control<\/p>\n
Ensure all deposit\/store documentation is properly filed:<\/p>\n
GRN, Delivery orders, Goods issue notes, Stores vouchers, Receipts, Checklists<\/p>\n
Ensure no product moves without documentation.<\/p>\n
F. ERP & Digital Support<\/p>\n
Extract movement data from ERP\/Weighbridge system.
\nRecommend automation improvements (e.g., Excel dashboards, pivot tables).
\nTrain store users on correct data entry practices.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Education:
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in IT and related fields<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
Experience: At least 2 years experience preferably in FMCG, cement, or construction materials Real-estate sales.
