\nWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Document Controller to join our team.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
\nMaintain up-to-date records of all drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.
\nEnsure proper document filing (both hard and soft copies) and easy retrieval when needed
\nKeep updated document control logs and databases.
\nAssist in preparing and formatting project documents as per company standards.
\nFollow up with departments to ensure timely submission and revision of documents
\nEnsure all documents are stored securely and backed up regularly.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Secretarial Science, Administration, Management, or related field
\nMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience
\nGood computer skills and very good with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
\nGood communication and teamwork abilities
\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
