Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Identifies and manages maintenance related projects
\nAssist Planning team with day to day maintenance operations & project activities
\nScheduling, project proposals, running reports, and attending meetings
\nWorking on the Maintenance Optimization Strategy
\nManage outsourced maintenance and labor standards and metrics & reporting
\nDevelop scheduled maintenance shutdown plans based on a pro-active approach and create plans \/ strategies for the preventive maintenance system in order to improve the equipment reliability and performance
\nManage and administrate the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ensure its effectiveness and integration with site plans
\nFollow up the purchasing of the required parts through the system, and prepare with finance dept
\nMaintained and optimized factory assets and reports performance
\nProvides instruction to maintenance technicians in trouble shooting equipment.
\nCreate drawings & specifications for part fabrication if not commercially available.
\nPrepare a parts replacement list for ordering parts or restocking of inventory.
\nAssist in ordering parts, materials and services within SAP system.
\nDefine methods to perform preventive maintenance on machines.
\nSpecify method to make various replacement parts, weld, solder, fit pipe, and fabricate sheet metal guards
\nAnalyze machine problems by using troubleshooting techniques, repair manuals, drawings or manufacturers\u2019 specifications to determine logical approach to correct the problem and addressing root cause.
\nProvide expertise on troubleshooting Electrical Mechanics, Hydraulics and Fluid Systems
\nReliability and maintenance quality assurance
\nAct as single point reliability contact, providing technical direction for cross function teams at the manufacturing site
\nBuild strong positive relationships with diverse groups through day-to-day reliability plant support with a continuous focus on safe, reliable, and efficient operations
\nProvide strong technical leadership, expertise, and advice in support of facility operations with the goal of optimizing facility reliability through the application of PM and Pd.M. programs
\nMaintained Health & Safety standards
\nEnsure plant maintenance is carried out respecting safety rules and regulations
\nEnforce the use of PPE\u2019s
\nMake sure \u201cSafe Work Permit\u201d is implemented whenever necessary
\nProactively manage safety of contractors together with SHE Engineer and colleagues from other departments
\nPromote implementation of Accident Registration and Analysis when necessary and support the SHE Engineer during the investigation of the root causes for accidents<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Requirement<\/p>\n
Bsc\/Msc Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent degree
\n5-8 years\u2019 experience in a similar role within manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing or 5 years in a Maintenance Manager role within the food manufacturing environment\/Soap and Detergent. Out these minimum 2 years in planning role<\/p>\n
