The Senior Logistics & Supply Chain Officer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company\u2019s procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. The role ensures timely sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, efficient stock management, and smooth movement of goods and services that support Lamino Engineering\u2019s ICT operations.
\nKey Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the procurement of IT, office, and operational materials.
\nPrepare RFQs, collect quotations, evaluate vendors, and recommend best offers.
\nEnsure procurement compliance with company policies and quality standards.
\nMaintain updated supplier lists and develop strong vendor relationships.
\nCoordinate local and international logistics, including shipping, freight, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
\nEnsure timely transportation of equipment, materials, and supplies to project sites and offices.
\nTrack shipments and resolve delays or logistical issues.
\nOversee stock levels, reorder points, storage systems, and asset tracking.
\nMaintain accurate inventory records receiving, issuing, and reconciliation.
\nConduct periodic stock checks and prepare stock status reports.
\nDevelop and implement supply chain plans to support ongoing projects.
\nPrepare periodic reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
\nIdentify areas for improvement and optimize supply chain processes.
\nParticipate in budget preparation related to procurement and logistics.
\nEnsure full documentation of procurement files and asset movement.
\nProvide professional guidance to junior logistics staff and evaluate their performance.

About You<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications and Required Experience <\/p>\n
Education: BA\/MA Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
\nExperience: 5 years (BA) \/ 3 years (MA) of relevant experience.<\/p>\n
Minimum 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
\nExperience in ICT, telecom, or engineering industry is an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Skills required:<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, warehouse management, and supply chain processes.
\nAbility to manage suppliers and negotiate effectively.
\nStrong financial awareness and cost-management skills.
\nExcellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel is mandatory).
