This position provides end-to-end support in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, attendance and payroll inputs, leave management, facility coordination, and general administrative services. It also ensures availability of office utilities, supplies, and operational support services to maintain a conducive working environment.<br \/>\nThe role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined professional who can communicate well, follow procedures, support HR initiatives, and serve employees with professionalism and integrity.<br \/>\nTop Roles and Responsibilities<br \/>\nRecruitment, Onboarding &amp; Personnel Management<\/p>\n<p>Support recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.<br \/>\nFacilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees; ensure all required documents are collected.<br \/>\nMaintain updated and well-organized employee personnel files, both physical and digital.<br \/>\nPrepare HR letters, memos, and employment-related documents as instructed.<\/p>\n<p>HR Operations, Attendance &amp; Payroll Inputs<\/p>\n<p>Monitor and record daily attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave requests.<br \/>\nSubmit accurate monthly payroll input reports to the Finance Department.<br \/>\nEnsure leave records are updated in line with policy and Ethiopian labor law.<br \/>\nSupport performance appraisal documentation and follow-up.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Relations &amp; HR Support Services<\/p>\n<p>Provide timely responses to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.<br \/>\nSupport grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and documentation as instructed by HR Head.<br \/>\nAssist in organizing staff communication, engagement activities, and HR initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>General Services Administration<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate office facility services such as utilities, cleaning, security, and maintenance.<br \/>\nEnsure timely procurement, distribution, and inventory control of stationery, office supplies, and consumables.<br \/>\nOversee service requests for vehicle use, office equipment repair, and logistical support.<br \/>\nEnsure proper record-keeping of assets, service contracts, and GS activities.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance &amp;
