Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Own strategic planning and execution of 360\u00b0 marketing campaigns across seasonal, brand, and product initiatives.
\nLead cross-functional campaign planning, aligning messaging, creative assets, and timing across all customer touchpoints.
\nLeverage customer data and market insights to build segmentation strategies that enhance personalization and performance.
\nAnalyze campaign performance and customer feedback to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
\nMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform strategic planning.<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n

Proven experience in Marketing and Sales..<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
\n3+ years of proven marketing experience (preferably in Construction, logistics, Wholesale, Import industries).
\nProven ability to lead complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
\nStrong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and performance reporting.
