\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system
\nPrepare and verify invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
\nAssist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
\nMaintain proper document filing and financial records
\nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes
\nFollow up on accounts payable and receivable
\nAssist senior accountants during internal and external audits
\nEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standards<\/p>\n
About You<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 0\u20131 year of relevant experience (internship preferred); OR a Diploma in Accounting with a minimum of two years\u2019 practical experience.
\nBasic understanding of GAAP\/IFRS principles
\nProficiency in MS Excel; experience with Peachtree\/QuickBooks\/ERP is an advantage
\nStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
\nGood communication and teamwork skills
